B Diac (SW) / M(SW) EAP / D Phil (SW) University Pretoria

Bonita holds a Doctorate in Social Work, specializing in Mental Health and Wellbeing, from the University of Pretoria. Her Master's Degree in EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) allowed her to delve into quantitative research within a work organization.

She has years of experience working as a psychiatric social worker and as a clinical case and risk manager addressing a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and mood disorders within a multi-disciplinary team.

Her approach is centred around creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. Her services ranges from Individual therapy, Group therapy, Family interventions, Medical Social work, Psychosocial home visit assessments, Substance abuse counselling and Employee Wellness.
