Practice Fees
An invoice will be emailed to the client which would allow them to submit to the medical aid for reimbursement. Subsequent payments can be facilitated through Medical Aid, which the practice will handle. If not covered by Medical Aid, mutually agreeable payment arrangements for further sessions will be made.
We process Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs) applications for eligible clients.

Cancellations
Kindly be aware that any modifications or cancellations to sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, either through email or another messaging platform. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to clients being charged the full amount for the missed appointment, and it may not be eligible for coverage by Medical Aid.
Medical Aid
MindNest (Powered by Dr B Wellness Consulting) is affiliated with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) and recognized as a service provider by most Medical Aids, allowing us to accept payments through various medical aid plans. When applicable, sessions may be covered by your medical aid through Savings or Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs).
It is crucial for clients to communicate with their Medical Aid providers to ascertain funding availability. Upon request, the practice can submit claims directly to Medical Aids. The charges for Medical Aid claims are based on Medical Aid rates, which may vary among providers. Feel free to reach out to the practice for more details.
